Sycamore Hill Farms Original Recipe
Romalade Sauce
3 cups  Mayonnaise
1 cups  Ketchup
1/2  small Onion
1/4 Fresh Jalapeno Pepper
1 clove Fresh Garlic
1 TBSP Salad Mustard
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
6 splashes Hot Chihuahua Pepper Sauce
In a large bowl place mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.
In a food processor, place onion, Jalapeno and garlic and 
chop fine. A chefs knife can be used instead of food processor.
Place remainder of ingredients into bowl and mix well.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.
Great for Crawfish, Shrimp, Fish, Sausage. It's even good on baked potatoes
and sandwiches. Be sure and use it to make your next Po Boy sandwich
don't matter if it is a Shrimp, Oyster, Scallop or Crawfish Po Boy, put it on it!
Store in a canning jar in the refrigerator.
