Grilled Smoked Ham Steaks with Peach Pepper Glaze
You will need:
Smoked Ham cut into 1/2 inch steaks
For the Glaze:
2 ounces Peach Preserves
1 ounce Honey
1 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
To Cook:
Grill ham steaks over medium heat, searing edge fat and making grill marks. When the ham
is turned, spread a spoon full of the glaze onto the ham and spread over the steak. Be
careful not to get the mixture on the grill surface because it will burn.
When the ham steaks are placed on a plate, put the glazed side down and coat the top side
with glaze.
This is great served with grits, eggs, hash browns and toast.
For an alternate flavor use Apricot Preserves or Orange Marmalade instead of Peach
