Sycamore Hill Farms Original Recipe
Dill Garlic Butter
1 stick Butter (Softened or Melted)
1 cup Olive Oil
1 TBS. Dill Weed
2 cloves Garlic
Combine Butter, Dill & Garlic in a blender and start blender, add Olive oil
until mixture will roll (flow) down into the blender blade. When mixture is
smooth and blended, empty into two bowls cover and refrigerate. It should
return to a semi-stiff state like butter when refrigerated.
One bowl use as a garnish on the table, the other bowl use to cook with.
Try using a small basting brush to brush this mixture on fillets of Salmon
that has washed and patted dry. After brushing on the Dill Garlic Butter then
lightly season with Southern Seasoning. Cover and refrigerate before cooking
in oven or on the grill.
At the table use the butter as a garnish to dip the fish into on your plate.
