Sycamore Hill Farms Original Recipe
Quick Start Chinese
You Will Need:
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup or Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 can Water
1 ounce Cashew Nuts
Fresh grated Ginger or a few dashes of Ginger powder
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
2 TBSP Butter
Variations: water chestnuts, bean sprouts, mushrooms, snow peas,
broccoli, cauliflower, squash, etc.
To Finish:
Add the soy sauce, ginger, curry and cashews and stir into base along with variation veggies
Let simmer for 2 or 3 minutes then stir in soup and water. Stir mixture until soup isn't lumpy
and turn down heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until soup thickens a little.
Stir in butter and pasta and fold well into the mixture. Turn off heat and let stand for 3 or 4
minutes before serving. 
Add more soy and seasonings to taste.
This can be the main dish or a side dish.
