To use: Simply sprinkle one ounce on a pound of hamburger as it cooks in a frying pan. Use more or less according to your own taste.
This can also be used on beef and pieces of chicken for soft and hard tacos.
For bulk buyers: 1 lb of meat requires 2 TBSP of Taco Seasoning. A 1 oz pack is apx 2 1/4 TBSP.

To use: Pat dry your fish, shrimp, chicken, beef, or pork. Lightly spray pieces with cooking oil and sprinkle Blackened Seasoning on the meat,
Heat cast iron pan hot with cooking oil to smoke hot (Note: Alvocado oil has a 500 degree smoke temp.) then cook till it crust before turning
Use the upside you want to show on the plate on the pan first, the backside never crust as good as the first side unless the fish is thick.
Best not to overcook. Shrimp can be stir fried done instead of crusting and turning.
